Our public support and privacy contact is info@video-converter.altergygroup.com. Use this address for technical questions, feedback, privacy requests, and concerns about published site content.
For technical support
Include your browser and operating system, approximate file size, input extension, selected preset, and the stage at which the problem occurred. Tell us whether a small known-good file works. Read the troubleshooting guide first. We do not guarantee a support response time.
Protect your information
Do not send private videos, passwords, payment information, or unredacted logs. Filenames and metadata can be sensitive even when you do not attach the video. Provide only details needed to understand the issue.
Privacy requests and editorial concerns
Describe the information or published page involved and explain your request. We cannot retrieve or erase a video that remained on your device. For copyright concerns, identify the relevant hosted page, the work at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to respond. See Privacy and Acceptable Use for more detail.
